Bio

Originally from Suffern, New York, and now residing in Kennebunkport, Maine, Hill brings a diverse background in coaching, program development, and athlete mentorship. His experience spans the high school, collegiate club, and youth levels, with a track record of building successful programs with an emphasis on player growth.

A 2022 graduate of the University of Southern Maine, Hill earned his bachelor’s degree in English along with teaching certifications. While at USM, he founded the Men’s Volleyball Club team and led the program from its inception to a 5th place finish at the 2022 NCVF National Championships. He continues to serve as the Head Coach of that program today.

Hill’s coaching journey includes roles at York High School, Sanford High School, and the launch of the Sanford Middle School volleyball program. Coach Hill is committed to the mission of community college athletics and sees SMCC as a unique environment for student-athletes to grow, both on and off the court. His vision for the Seawolves centers on development, and accountability, while creating a competitive and supportive program built on high effort and continuous improvement.

Hill begins his first season for the Seawolves in Fall 2026.
